Established in Cape Town in 1995, the business became Bydand Computers cc in April 1996.
After some research Bydand Computers cc has developed a concierge policy when it comes to interaction with its customers. Rather than adopt the attitude of being a “Box Mover”, Bydand Computers cc takes an interactive role in assisting its clients through the decision and buying processes, right through to delivery, installation and training, we take the stress out of implementing a new computer system.
Bydand Computers cc has derived its name from the word BYDAND – the motto of the Kings of Scotland. The origins and the meaning of the word BYDAND are obscure, but the most popular translation is Steadfast or Enduring. This is how we see ourselves, steadfast in our support, backup service and commitment to our clients and their needs.
The founding member of Bydand Computers cc proudly serves as an Officer in the Cape Town Highlanders, a Conventional Army Reserve Force Regiment in the South African National Defence Force (SANDF).
